ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

 

 

 

 


     Effective January 10, 2012, an Order of Dismissal was entered by the Court pursuant to a Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice in that certain US District Court matter entitled: Elsa Rail and Patricia Martinez v. Global Casinos, Inc. and Doc Holliday Casinos II, LLC, d/b/a Doc Holliday Casino, Civil Action No. 11-cv-08-REB-MJW (the “Litigation”).
