Appointment of Principal Officer
On March 28, 2007, the Company elected Mark L. Grannell, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to the Company’s Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Grannell’s biography was included in the Form 8-K dated February 12, 2007 when he was appointed the Company’s CEO.
