San Jose, CA - March 7, 2005 - Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), parent company of Heritage Bank of Commerce, today announced that John F. McGrath has tendered his resignation as President of Heritage Bank of Commerce effective March 7, 2005.
