On March 29, 2005, Digital Angel Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has approved the repurchase of up to 1.5 million shares of its common stock over a ninety day period commencing on March 30, 2005. Information about this stock repurchase program is set forth in a press release dated March 29, 2005, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
