This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K of Vornado Realty Trust (the “Company”) filed on August 19, 2005 for the sole purpose of revising the consent of Deloitte & Touche LLP, the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, included as Exhibit 23.1 to the August 19, 2005 Current Report on Form 8-K, as that consent inadvertently omitted certain registration statements filed by the Company. Exhibit 23.1 hereto supersedes and replaces such Exhibit 23.1.
