On December 19, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing the declaration of its 4th quarter dividend.  The press release also included the constant prepayment rate for its investment portfolio for the month of November.  A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
