Explanatory Note.
This Form 8-K/A amends and supplements the Registrants Form 8-K, as filed on September 3, 2013, to include historical financial statements and unaudited pro forma financial information, required by Item 9.01 (a) and (b), for the Registrants acquisition of the approximately 40,000 square foot medical office building and approximately 77,000 square foot, 40 bed post-acute care specialty hospital, located in El Paso, Texas.
