On October 18, 2007, Argyle Security, Inc. issued a press release disclosing the June 30, 2007 financial results for ISI Security Group, Inc., Argyle’s wholly owned subsidiary. These financial results are for a period prior to ISI’s acquisition by Argyle in July 2007.
