Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 29, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared on September 26, 2008 a cash dividend of $0.16 per share on shares of its common stock for the quarter ended September 30, 2008. The dividend is payable on October 27, 2008 to common stockholders of record on October 10, 2008. In addition, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.50 per share on shares of its Series A Cumulative Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Stock”) for the 2008 third quarter in accordance with the terms of the Series A Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2008 to stockholders of record on September 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
