Resignation of Director

 

On February 17, 2015, Mr. Asaf Shinar submitted his resignation from the board of directors of ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company”) effective today, February 23, 2015. Mr. Shinar did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
