Item 8.01.    Other Events
 
Molina Healthcare of New Mexico, Inc., a health plan subsidiary of Molina Healthcare, Inc., has entered into a new Salud! Medicaid managed care and State Coverage Insurance (SCI) program agreement with the New Mexico Human Services Department. The new contract has a four-year term, and will commence effective July 1, 2008. As of March 31, 2008, there were approximately 78,000 Medicaid and SCI members covered under the existing Salud! and SCI contract, and revenues under the contract represented approximately 12.1% of the total premium revenues of Molina Healthcare, Inc. through the first three months of its 2008 fiscal year.
