NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
ScottishPower Long Term Incentive Plan
Scottish Power plc ("the Company") announces that on 29 June 2006, Stephen Dunn exercised an award under the ScottishPower Long Term
Incentive Plan over a total of 6,491 Ordinary shares of 42p.
Subsequently 2,672 Ordinary Shares of 42p each, arising from this exercise, were sold at £5.81 per share.
As a result, Stephen Dunn's total interest in the Ordinary share capital of Scottish Power plc is 24,738 shares, representing less
than 1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
