Sierra Bancorp’s Chief Credit Officer, Charlie C. Glenn, retired on December 31, 2004. The Company has conducted an extensive search for a successor to Mr. Glenn, and we anticipate that we will be in a position to announce the appointment of a new Chief Credit Officer in late January 2005.
