On March 7, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release, a copy of which is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99, announcing that it has been awarded a one-year contract to supply its VanishPoint® automated retraction syringes to Queensland Health, a department within the government of Queensland, Australia.
