Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated March 18, 2009 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated March 18, 2009, the Company reported that, its interest in BrasilAgro has reached 18.11% or 10,578,050 shares. Such purchase does not imply a change of control of BrasilAgro.
Cresud holds 10,490,200 subscription bonuses of the 1st warrant issuance and 10,490,200 subscription bonuses of the 2nd warrant issuance of BrasilAgro. Cresud has entered into a Shareholder Agreement, on March 24, 2006, which governs the exercise of voting rights and the purchase and sale of BrasilAgro securities.
