Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated May 26, 2009 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated May 26, 2009, the Company reported that, as requested by Section 133 of Buenos Aires Stock Exchange rules, during the recent period of exercise of warrants, no holders of the Company’s Warrants exercised their warrant rights to acquire additional shares. Hence, the amount of shares of the Company remains in 501,538,610, shares, and the amount of warrants outstanding also remains in 177,708,473.
