On October 15, 2009, Starent Networks, Corp. and UTStarcom, Inc. issued a joint press release announcing that they have agreed to settle all legal disputes between the two companies. A copy of the press release regarding the announcement is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
