ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On January 19, 2012, Cedar Fair, L.P. will hold a meeting with investors to discuss its long-term strategy and financial goals, business and key investment considerations. The meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time in New York and will be webcast live from the company’s website at www.cedarfair.com. A copy of the presentation to be used in connection with the meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
