GOLD FIELDS GHANA LIMITED AND ABOSSO GOLDFIELDS LIMITED FROM
REPADRE CAPITAL (BVI) INC, A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF
IAMGOLD CORPORATION (THE “TRANSACTION”)
