São Paulo, August 15, 2016 - GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. - “GLAI” (BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P: CCC, Fitch: CC and Moody’s: Caa3), Brazil's largest air transportation and travel services group, with annual revenues of R$10 billion, pursuant to Article 12 of CVM Rule 358 of January 3, 2002, as amended, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has received a correspondence from its shareholders JGP GESTÃO DE RECURSOS LTDA. and JGP GESTÃO PATRIMONIAL LTDA., dated of September 09th, 2016, informing that they have disposed of shares through negotiations in trading sessions of the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa) in the past few days, preferred shares issued by the Company, and now hold a total of 9.356.100 preferred shares, representing 4,6% of the total preferred shares issued by the Company.
