On November 13, 2007, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. announced that on that date the Provincial Court of Alberta, Canada dismissed charges pending against its Canadian subsidiary, ACS Public Sector Solutions, Inc. A copy of the Press Release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
