Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 1, 2010, Mr. Jack P. Ezzell, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller of MarineMax, Inc. (the "Company"), announced his resignation from the Company, effective as of December 10, 2010, in order to pursue an opportunity with a large private company.
Mr. Ezzell’s principal duties will be assumed by Mr. Michael H. McLamb, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Kurt M. Frahn, the Company’s Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, among others.
The Company wishes to express its appreciation to Mr. Ezzell for his nearly 13 years of dedicated service to the Company and wishes him well in his new endeavor.
