BANCOLOMBIA ANNOUNCES AVAILABILITY OF HARD COPY OF THE 2006 20-F FORM

BANCOLOMBIA S.A, (NYSE: CIB) announces that has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2006 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), on May 10, 2007.
