Other Events

On May 19, 2015, FitLife Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) and iSatori, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“iSatori”), announced that they had entered a definitive agreement, dated as of May 18, 2015, pursuant to which iSatori will merge with and into a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
