Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

 

On November 2, 2016, Tecnoglass Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the purpose of electing two Class C directors to serve for the ensuing three-year period and until their successors are elected and qualified.

 

Jose M. Daes and A. Lorne Weil were each nominated to be re-elected as a Class C director. A total of 22,873,428 shares were represented in person or by proxy and were voted. The results of the vote were as follows:
