Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 8, 2015, Alan Black, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zendesk, Inc. (the “Company”) informed the Company of his plans to depart the Company during the year ending December 31, 2016. The Company intends to immediately initiate a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Black will continue in the role of Chief Financial Officer until a replacement is identified.
