On February 26, 2010, Stage Stores, Inc. (“the Company”) issued a News Release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on March 24, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 9, 2010.  A copy of the News Release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.
