Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
As Altria Group, Inc. (“Altria”) previously announced, its Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, Billy Gifford, and its Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Murray Garnick, will participate in a live discussion today, September 5, 2018, at the Barclays Global Consumer Staples Conference in Boston, Massachusetts. In connection with the discussion, Altria issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference in this Current Report on Form 8-K.
