Magal Reports Results of Annual General Meeting

YAHUD, Israel, August 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magal Security Systems, Ltd.
(NASDAQ: MAGS; TASE: MAGS), today announced the results of its Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders held on August 16, 2007, at the Company's headquarters
in Yehud, Israel. Jacob Even-Ezra, Izhar Dekel, Nathan Kirsh, Jacob Nuss, Jacob
Perry and Zeev Livne were re-elected as members of the board and Shaul Kobrinsky
and Anat Weiner were re-elected as an outside directors.
The Company also announced that all other matters on the agenda of annual
general meeting of shareholders were approved.
