Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 22, 2014, the Company issued a press release reporting its results of operations for the third fiscal quarter ended September 27, 2014. Additionally, the Company reaffirmed its guidance for the results of operations and updated the capital expenditures guidance for the full year ending December 27, 2014.
