On August 7, 2006, Berry Plastics Corporation issued a press release announcing the extension of the consent date and expiration date in connection with the cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding $335 million of 10-3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012, a copy of which is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
