 Partners LP, Quadrangle Capital Partners A LP and Quadrangle (Cinemark) Capital Partners LP. Quadrangle Capital Partners LP
 owns 4,150,524 shares of the issuer, Quadrangle Select Partners LP owns 239,597 shares of the issuer, Quadrangle Capital
