BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE

Medellín, Colombia, November 23, 2009

In a meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A. (“Bancolombia”) accepted the resignation of Héctor Felipe Rojas Guzmán, as Regional Manager of Government and Institutional Banking. Therefore, Hector Felipe Rojas Guzman is no longer a legal representative of Bancolombia.

The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to Mr. Rojas and wishes him success in his new position as President of Factoring Bancolombia S.A. Compañía de Financiamiento Comercial, a subsidiary of Bancolombia.
