INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

In connection with the public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2020, Ship Finance International Limited (the “Company”) plans to make road show presentations to certain existing and potential securityholders of the Company.
