Departure of Director:

Martin F. Kahn, a member of the Board of Directors of infoUSA Inc. (the “Company”) since October 2004, resigned from the Board effective February 2, 2007. Mr. Kahn’s resignation as a director was not related to any disagreement with the Company regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
