Item 5.02.		Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

     On October 2, 2008, Mr. Richard X. Fischer resigned as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (the “Company”), effective November 2, 2008.

     Ms. Monica Weed, currently an Associate General Counsel at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and formerly the General Counsel of Information Resources, Inc., is expected to be appointed as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary effective as of November 3, 2008.
