Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 9, 2015, Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch of the Company’s cable network, Centroamerica TV, on Cox Communications cable systems in San Diego, Arizona, Las Vegas, Omaha, Orange County, Kansas, Northwest Arkansas, the Central Coast and Sun Valley.

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
