Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 25, 2007, the company announced that the Board of Directors of the company has proposed to its shareholders, among other matters, that the company move its primary listing from the London Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange. On September 25, 2007, the company issued a press release with respect to the above and posted a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on its Web site. Copies of the press release and FAQs are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
