Notice is hereby given that the 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation will be held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch, 7500 East Doubletree Ranch Road, Scottsdale, Arizona on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. local time.
