The Company previously announced on March 23, 2022 that it received a non-objection letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the "FDA") for the use of the Product in the United States. The Company is also pleased to announce that that Product has been certified by the National Sanitation Foundation ("NSF"), for frying oil filtration and its label will include the NSF mark.
