Ms. Morgan is the founder and executive director of Vulnerable Adult Care Advocates Inc., a nonprofit organization providing guardianship services to the elderly who are in need. Since founding the organization in 2020, Ms. Morgan has played crucial roles in organizing care plan meetings for clients, preparing financial reports, managing volunteer recruitment and training. Since 2022, Ms. Morgan has been working as a notary public. She has also handled vital responsibilities as a freelance web developer for Fastline Marketing Group since 2019.

Ms. Morgan's illustrious career spans diverse fields such as environmental science, education and software engineering. She is an active member of several organizations related to these fields. At present, she is serving multiple positions as the Regional Champion for the South Region of the Indiana Geriatrics Society, a committee member for the Indiana Department of Health's 9th District Health Equity Committee and a conference committee member of the National Guardianship Association. Ms. Morgan is the former vice president of Southern Indiana Pride, a position that added to her experience in community development and nonprofits. She founded the Women's Issues Caucus of Clark County and has been actively involved in local politics. She has also been nominated for the Samaritan Award.

Ms. Morgan's solid educational base has been instrumental in her professional success. She earned an associate degree in general studies from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky in 2007 and a bachelor's degree in environmental science from the American Military University in 2013.

Apart from her academic qualifications, Ms. Morgan has earned several certifications that have contributed to her success in different fields. She is a certified professional guardian by the National Guardianship Association. Ms. Morgan has also obtained back and front-end web development certifications from Code Louisville, the MoCA cognitive assessment certification from Montreal Cognitive Assessment and certification in customer service training from Alison.

Ms. Morgan has persistently challenged her limits with ingenuity to overcome all the obstacles in her career. She entered guardianship rather unexpectedly when a person asked for assistance in advocating for vulnerable adults. With her prior experience in battling for her three handicapped children, Ms. Morgan resonated deeply with this role. Later, she felt the necessity to cover the issue extensively. This led her to learn more about the needs of the less privileged in her area and create a program to address the challenges facing them.

Apart from charities and community development activities, Ms. Morgan plays a crucial role as the secretary for the Clark County Democratic Alliance. She has also worked as a marketing consultant for various fundraising activities under the Business and Professional Women's Foundation.

While not working, Ms. Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and three pet dogs and playing the piano. Currently, Ms. Morgan is contesting for the post of county commissioner with the vision of enhancing economic activity and public safety to promote sustainable business development.
