Prior to joining Sparck, Gray spent over five years at YFYJupiter overseeing global accounts and business development, and nine years in the paper and packaging industry as a consultant for Guidepoint. He is also a longstanding member of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition.

Gray is renowned for his ability to drive revenue growth and has successfully collaborated with brand owners and retailers across various global channels. His expertise in problem resolution, market analysis, and leveraging quantitative strategies for impactful decision-making are highly respected within the industry. Furthermore, Gray's extensive cross-cultural experience enhances his proficiency in project management, team leadership, and talent development.
