On November 8, 2016, Primoris Services Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Primoris”, the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial performance for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016 and for the nine months ended September 30, 2016.

Declaration of Cash Dividend to Stockholders

 

On November 2, 2016, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.055 per common share for stockholders of record as of December 31, 2016, payable on or about January 16, 2017.

 

Share Repurchase Plan

 

The Company’s Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which Primoris may, from time to time and depending on market conditions, share price and other factors, acquire shares of its common stock on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions up to an aggregate purchase price of $5 million.  The share repurchase program expires December 31, 2016.  Primoris had 51,784,242 shares of common stock outstanding at November 8, 2016.
