RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

May 5, 2008, AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008 and the scheduling of a conference call on May 6, 2008 with respect thereto.
