On April 13, 2011, Answers Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Answers.com”) issued a press release announcing that the Delaware Court of Chancery has denied the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction to enjoin the special meeting of Answers.com stockholders to vote on the merger agreement with AFCV Holdings, LLC.  A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
