On February 5, 2004, Infonet Services Corporation (“Infonet”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2004. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is hereby incorporated to this Item 12 by reference.
