ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On April 19, 2005, at a conference in Dubai, Patrick Clawson, CEO and Chairman of CyberGuard Corporation (Company), stated that the Company expects that its revenues should be at a run rate of roughly $70 million at the end of calendar year 2005.
