On August 16, 2007 Old Point Financial Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of common capital stock to be paid on September 28, 2007, to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2007.
The Board of Directors of Old Point Financial Corporation declared a 25% stock dividend payable on October 1, 2007. Shareholders of record as of August 31, 2007 will receive one additional share for every four shares of Old Point Financial Corporation stock owned as of the record date.
