On May 19, 2008, Ventas, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.5125 per share, payable in cash on June 27, 2008 to stockholders of record on June 4, 2008. The dividend is the second quarterly installment of the Company’s 2008 annual dividend.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company on May 19, 2008 is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
