On August 21, 2008, Unitil Corporation (“Unitil” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its common stock, no par value (the “Common Stock”), began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”). Unitil will continue to trade under its current symbol “UTL”.
The press release announcing that the Company’s Common Stock began trading on the NYSE is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
